Protection

We are hugely experienced in Criminal Defence work in the Magistrates Court and in the Crown Court from defence of the more serious charges of murder to minor road traffic matters.

We provide a Police Station service for PACE Interviews which are provided free of charge under the Legal Aid Scheme. Out of hours and weekend representation is also available.

Wills & Probate

Experienced in the field of Wills & Probate and the Administration of Estates including the drafting of Wills, advice on Inheritance Tax, extraction of letters of representation and the distribution of Estates.
Also experienced in contentious Probate work including disputed or defective Wills.

Matrimonial and Family Law

Experience in acting for people in Divorce and Ancillary Relief Proceedings and also in applications before the Magistrates Court for Non-Molestation Orders, Residence Orders, etc.

Civil Litigation

We specialise in claims and civil litigation work both in the County Court and the High Court.  This can be a road traffic accident, an accident at work, or medical negligence claim.

Adoption and Care

Care & Protection - we have much experience in the fields of representing the interest of patients including the bringing of Applications before the Office of Care & Protection, attending at Hearings before the Master and the drafting of Orders.

Conveyancing & Land Registry

We have almost 30 years' experience in acting for persons in the purchasing and the selling of property. We act for both developers and individuals and in commercial conveyancing. We carry out this work at the competitive rates.
